Various fixes with usercard (and attachments), clean up

Shpuld Shpludson requested to merge fix/fix-usercard-breaking-with-certain-colors-restructure into develop

User card fixes:

  • don't break on certain colors like #ffffee
  • remove padding from user card bottom
  • make user card border radii match

Clean up includes:

  • user_card_content js separation
  • move color convert functions to a single js file instead of copies of them all over the place.

Attachment fixes:

  • quick fix to attachment upload previews stretching
