Add favicon setting support if backend supports it pleroma!3963 (merged)
Add feedback that frontend is being installed
Add notices on success/failure of frontend installation
Added compact layout for AttachmentSetting since stuff like favicon and instance thumbnail is meant to be small
Notices now appear above the setting/admin modal
