Still gifs
- gif avatars in statuses now play-on-status-hover
- gif attachments are play-on-hover
- small fixes (stretched spurdo in notifications)
It could be scaled to other images, but the main reason for this is to lower CPU usage when there's a lot of gifs on the page - mainly avatars and attachments.
