Remove emoji annotations code for unused languages from final build
Test Plan
In dev and prod build:
Verify you can load emoji annotations for other languages and search for emojis in them
Verify that selecting a language without corresponding emoji annotations (e.g. eo) should not crash the app (there should be a log in the console though)
