Rewrite status and notifications and preview, graceful handling of linkless attachments

  • notifications and previews use proper statuses with all the info like reply-to and timestamp
  • user card expanding in notifications
  • reply link hover in notifications
  • attachments in notifications and previews
  • attachments show as [IMAGE] OR [NSFW/VIDEO] style links below status html if hidden
  • notification separated as its own component
  • rewrite status and notifications templates
  • minor tweaks to how things look in status/notifications
