Easy Japanese translation

Kanji is too difficult for kids or weak-sighted people. This translation does not use any kanji.

There are still some kanji left here and there, but the biggest issues would be:

1. hiragana instead of katakana use
2. strings are getting way too long to fit in UI

I'd suggest leaving N5 kanji's in but it just really needs feedback from actual 日本人 using it to know what to do with it.

/日 (per_day) is intentional.

あたらしいプロフィールバナーを設定する (set_new_profile_banner) and 1行に1つのことばをかいてください (filtering_explanation) are not intentional. They have to be corrected.

a user on my instance (velartrill@pleroma.site) mentioned that it might be nice to offer both this simplified version as well as a kanji version. would that be possible?

since we have language selector in settings it could be made by making something like "overlay" languages, i.e. something non-standard like ja_JP-kanji which uses ja_JP but has some strings changed. A good ground for "joke" languages like leetspeek and pirate lingo, or maybe even ru_RU-cyka
