initial rich text authoring support

This is a basic rich text authoring support that goes alongside Pleroma MR pleroma!309 (merged).

Styling improvements (as well as addition of BBCode mimetype) coming later, after I ask @hj about it.

(Part of this was committed to master by mistake but I stripped it out there and am merging it all properly so everything is linked to each other.)
