Update of the locale file for the Occitan language Actualizacion del fichièr oc.json

what's up with complete structure change???

@hj We're checking the structure and trying to fix it :)

please keep structure intact, at least for now.

if you have suggestion to use other structure - it's open for discussion but we'll have to

a) check if it works with translation engine b) change structure for other localization files.

Fixed locally @Exilat_a_Tolosa will submit the changes soon :) I was not the appropriate Nested JSON indentation output :)
