transition to MastoAPI: Basic user/statuses manipulation

Status: [un]favourite, [un]reblog ([un]retweet), delete User: [un]follow

No friend requests yet since I never used them and can't really test them.

Statuses cause merges with response. Users cause weird merge with relationship which isn't a user but merge somewhat works. Needs some improvements from !655 (merged) to continue
