Refresh on logout

Wyatt Benno requested to merge wyatt777/pleroma-fe:refresh-notifications-on-logout into develop

On production notifications are not being updated after re-login. If someone logs out and then logs in as another user they can still see the first user's notifications. Refreshing fixes this. Check issue #563 (closed) for more details.
