Clearer user profile tabs when status is empty

A small scss fix for #577 (closed)

I think the proper fix would be making "Statuses" tab always enabled even if there's no posts

Hi @hj. Will check on the side effects and make it scss just for those buttons that I want. Statues tab is enabled. You just have opacity overlapping with active making it look strange.

Two buttons are disabled and opaque, status is active and Followers is enabled but not active.

@hj I see what you mean now. Removed that css and pushed a change with the "statuses" tab always enabled.
