Collapse fav/repeat notifications from muted users

Lost of template and css changes, can you post screenshots of differences?

looks good!

testing locally, can't seem to get it working in any way that makes sense to me. If I mute my other account, no notifications come through, if I don't have it muted, the notifications come through and stay normal even after I mute

notifications from muted accounts will come through once this MR is merged !941 (66a34b7e)
