Show "Hidden" instead of zero when followers/following counts are hidden

If you change these settings, the count shows "zero" for clients. This is misleading. We should show Hidden instead.

I don't think it should show the follows/followers label or the number if it's hidden, or a proper text like "Follows hidden" / "Followers hidden" would be more informative than N/A

i agree, it's more user-friendly that way, not to mention "N/A" is a bit ambiguous

Would it be acceptable to change the i18n to "hidden": "Hidden", ?
