This replace #2010

I have rebased on current develop and updated/compare from the english one.

I will get at least another person for review.

Some french translations notes:

  • uses "status" or "post" not both (and some other inconsistencies)
  • check for typos
  • ... and other french things to use correctly etc.

Maybe "Personnes à suivre" would be better? Or otherwise "Qui suivre ?" with a question mark, because here we don't really know how to understand this sentence and it doesn't sound very nice IMHO.
