This adds documentation for all the user settings. It contains some TODOs that should be removed before merging. It's set to merge into the docs branch we can merge it all at once later.

Clicking on the cog icon in the upper right will go to the settings screen.

No need for stating amount of tabs cause it can change at any time and will look stupid in the manual

Need to remove the "directly" because this option puts videos into the modal, while the default is playing them on timeline with their own special treatment to keep them big enough

- Don't crop the attachment in thumbnails: if enabled, images in attachments will be fit entirely inside the container instead of being zoomed in and cropped.
