• separated code analysis into its own flow, enabling deep clone for SCM info in sonarqube
• split build into build and build-package so that we can now if build is failing quicker, without having to wait for test and test-e2e to finish
• don't run coverage in test to slightly speed things up. This means no coverage in PRs but it's not like it gives coverage diff and you can still see coverage when run locally so, whatever.
