Error: Access token does not include the required scope

Hi! I tried multiple ways to install pleroma on ubuntu 20.04, but all ended with {"error": "Error. Access token does not include the required scope"}, and the error always occurs after command sleep 20 && curl http://localhost:4000/api/v1/instance

What should I do next? I feel very confused now 😰
