Shpuld Shpludson requested to merge hamburger-menu into master

puts the navbar links into a hamburger that works with hover because it's the simplest way of doing it without JS

needs more testing with different browsers, tried a few different ones in browserstack like ios, most importantly the menu opens with all I've tried
