Change freenode links to libera

Hugo requested to merge hugo/pleroma.social:hugo-master-patch-23233 into master

I noticed Pleroma has moved to Libera, but the homepage still links to freenode.

I saw a bunch of messages in the freenode chat indicating the channel had moved to Libera, but was skeptical of it, so checked pleroma.social only to find the freenode links were still there.
