Get correct count of remote users' followers/following
Mastodon does this correctly. Pleroma only counts users on the local instance that it knows about.
This data is publicly available. We could have a job on the backend that runs every few hours updating the followers/following for a remote user, or making them nil if they choose to hide them (instead of exposing the local users they follow)
Failure cases should be considered, such as an instance you cannot connect to should cause you to skip all known remote users on that instance until next job run.
