Follower/following counter update errors for system users

For pleroma instances:

[error] Follower/Following counter update for https://queer.hacktivis.me/internal/fetch failed.
{:error, %Jason.DecodeError{data: "<!DOCTYPE html><html lang=en>###some_html###</html>", position: 0, token: nil}}

For mastodon:

[error] Follower/Following counter update for https://mastodon.cl/actor failed.
{:error, "id must be a string"}

Maybe it’s possible to somehow remove the update for such users?
