Static-fe stylesheet loads as HTML

Does the nginx configuration need to be updates to handle the /static/ route?

When static-fe is enabled, /static/static-fe.css` loads as HTML according to devtools.

Browsing to https://splat.soy/static/static-fe.css just loads a blank app page:

What's more, I don't actually have a file called static-fe.css on my file system, do I have to create that manually? Where should /static/ be?
