Fix media proxy doc redirect setting not working
Even if configured according to plerom/docs/config/howto_mediaproxy.md, there were some remote servers that failed media proxy. After looking at config.exs and modifying my Pleroma server configuration I was able to redirect.
It looks like the document was not corrected. how's this?
