Add default endpoint to Pleroma.Captcha.Kocaptcha

Fixes the problem mentioned by @vaartis:

Was removing the default kocaptcha configuration really necessary? This broke the instances that had it enabled, as it relied on the default value being there. The default values for all other external services are still in the default config, so why remove it here..
