Dismiss the follow request notification on rejection

Re: pleroma-fe!1093 (merged). This is useful for FE because not all clients call the dismiss endpoint (/notifications/:id/dismiss) after rejecting a follow request, which means the follow request notification continues to appear in the notification timeline asking the user to either accept or reject it.
