Improve server config examples

shibayashi requested to merge shibayashi/pleroma:improve-server-config-examples into develop

This MR adds the Content Security Policy HTTP header to the configs for Apache, Caddy, and Varnish.

It also rewrites the Apache config to be more like the rest and includes the directives for HTTPs, security headers, and a permanent redirect from HTTP to HTTPs.

I did not test the Apache and Varnish configuration.
