More kroeg bugfixes

• Status with array-less attachment
• Status with a inlined inReplyTo
• Emoji issue, yet to debug
• Might have to change fix_tag too as it can be array-less, but the output format is weird.
• fix incoming announces with actor being inlined (see the commented out test in transmogrifier)
