Expose nonAnonymous field from Smithereen polls

Smithereen allows users to specify, whether the results of their polls are public (who voted for each option) or anonymous. The results are federated.

As Pleroma users might except that the results are only visible to the instance admin, it might sense to put some information to clarify the poll results are actually public.
