CI: Remove RUM tests.

lain requested to merge remove-rum-tests into develop

This removes the very unstable RUM tests. It fails all the time and ruins our CI.

I want to deprecate and remove RUM support. Search can be added either via meilisearch or other similar pluggable searches. AFAICT, barely anyone even uses it these days.
