Provide logo at atom.feed

Hakaba Hitoyo requested to merge hakabahitoyo/pleroma:feature/atom-feed-logo into develop

Add element at the atom.feed API. The content of the element is the URL for the user's avatar.

It helps interoperability to Mastodon.
