WIP: /~/registration/:token invite link

Ivan Tashkinov requested to merge i1t/pleroma:registration_fe_tilda_route into develop

Changed /registration/:token redirect route to /~/registration/:token to match FE conventions (applies to invite links generated via mix task or email_invite action, does not change any BE routes).
