Atom feed pagination

Hakaba Hitoyo requested to merge hakabahitoyo/pleroma:feature/atom-feed-pagination into develop

Provides pagination in the Atom feed. Accepts max_id parameter, and outputs tag to the Atom feed.

Example: https://pleroma.distsn.org/users/kasaikumin/feed.atom

It improves the interoperability to Mastodon, also good for the accuracy of the Mastodon User Matching.
