App list changes: Separate into two categories, and drop Subway Tooter.

As discussed on IRC with rinpatch and kaniini:

  • Remove Subway Tooter, since the author is no longer interested in supporting Pleroma.
  • Split the list into a list of apps that are "committed to supporting Pleroma", and apps that "work well".
