Too many apps are not ready for the Pleroma's streaming API. Users have to reload manually to fetch their timelines very often.

This MR marks Streaming Ready or No Streaming for the apps in the README.md. I have just tested Mastalab, Tusky, and Twidere, because I have no iOS device. Only Mastalab is ready for the Pleroma's streaming API.
