Gunicorn doesn't run on windows, so it's been replaced with Process workers similar to the Thread workers that were replaced by Gunicorn.

Replaced the home page with a more stylized page and created pages for managing the relay.

If a config is not specified, it will search in the pwd, user config dir, and /etc/activityrelay in that order
