I adjusted notifications and timeline headers to be aligned on desktop layout, fixed the check icon align on notificationsPage, adjusted top margin amount on mobile and moved it to app.css, changed scrollbars to be themed

There is a horizontal scrollbar in notification panel on small (but still desktop) resolution https://prnt.sc/so0vi3
