Release v0.5.2
This is mainly to get !45 (merged) in.
The latest Hex release is 0.5.1, and the Mix version in this repo is already set to 0.5.2, so I just update the README and CHANGELOG here.
@lambadalambda Could you merge and deploy an update please?
