Use kana+kanji as default for Japanese translation

h3poteto requested to merge h3poteto/pleroma-fe:feature/japanese-translation into develop

I have already read this issue: #522 (closed) but default Japanese translation is not changed.

Recently, Japanese users around me are discussing about Japanese translation of Pleroma. And they say that hiragana only translation is very uncomfortable.

So, I change default translation for Japanese.
