Feat/show fav rt lists on hover

Separated the small user list popover to its own component from reactions, made use of it for favs and rts, simple as

how does it look with tons of favs?

uhh, same as an emoji with tons of users reacting with it... I should probably cap it at 20 or something practical to not make a really slow render

added a 16 user cap to the list just to prevent potential performance problems, visually it's not really a problem even if the list overflows, and on mobile you can even scroll it down with the content to read further. not sure if I should add "+5 more" or something, seems a bit pointless.
