Closes #1118 (closed) .

  1. @ symbol as icon is now optional.
  2. User names without a tooltip can now be copied correctly.
  3. Option to show user names as full/full for remote/short.
  4. Tooltips are optional.
  5. Option to show user avatars.
  6. Option to show domain names as faded text.
  7. User highlights now cover the at symbol.
