Fix #289 Make more user links use internal routing
If anyone has more test cases in mind that the code should support, please tell! While the matching logic seems to work with all pleroma/mastodon mentions at least, and everything I tried clicking on TWKN, it still feels hacky. At least it gracefully opens the user in a new window if it doesn't match.
