Split this off from edjis' !563 (closed) to fix some things.
Changes to original MR:
- Visual changes and fixes
- Follow/Unfollow are now shown on the user cards even if you're viewing at other peoples profiles, because they still apply and make sense
- "Follows you" is only hidden when it's your own profile and your own followers
- Some additional attention to follow request cards too
