Fix followers/follows UI, fix #343 fix #340

Split this off from edjis' !563 (closed) to fix some things.

Changes to original MR:

• Visual changes and fixes
• Follow/Unfollow are now shown on the user cards even if you're viewing at other peoples profiles, because they still apply and make sense
• "Follows you" is only hidden when it's your own profile and your own followers
• Some additional attention to follow request cards too
