Update user settings icon to pencil

i think it would be hard to notice the pencil. is there any other pencil icon we could use?

i think pencil is appropriate and no less noticeable than cog.

I see a small problem with this, do we want to use a pencil/pencil in a box for the mobile post-new-status button? I wouldn't want to use the same icon.

I do think it's appropriate to have an "edit" icon (pen is really standard for it) for changing your name, avatar, etc, but it's not so appropriate for exporting/importing followers or 'security' settings, which is because of how bad the settings separation is

yeah, i think we really need think of settings page unification/BE sync trough.

Okay, but all the above won't happen in this MR, so should this be merged or closed and new issues opened for settings seperation?

I think the pencil should be fine now actually, since I chose the pencil+box icon for the new status button (should probably just merge that in too)
