/api/v2/search fails with empty param

This works with Mastodon, as reported here: https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy/issues/977

e.g., /api/v2/search?q=icyphox.sh&resolve=True&offset=0&limit=

Is this something that we actually want to fix on our side? I mean sure Mastodon accepts it but it is an invalid parameter.

Specially as they apparently send an empty string to it, not just nothing, which tbh should be filtered out.

They said they'll fix it on their end, but if it's easy for us to drop these empty/invalid parameters i'd like to have it, just because it makes it easier for people to be compatible with pleroma without doing anything 'special'
