[#2323] Fixed /accounts/relationships

Closes pleroma-fe#820 (closed) (addresses the BE issue causing incorrect PleromaFE behaviour).

Post-!2323 (merged) fix.

Fixed a typo causing /accounts/relationships to render default relationships. Improved the tests.

It doesn't need either because it was a bug in develop for a short time, this was never in the release branch if I am not mistaken

That's correct, it was introduced for a short period after the previous release (2.0.1) was out.
