Draft: Release/2.5.0

MR to track requirements and everything needed for the next Pleroma release, and to prepare changelog more easily. Source branch will be changed later.

Release checklist

• Bump version in mix.exs
• Compile a changelog
• Check up with %2.5.0 for PleromaBE, PleromaFE, AdminFE
• Update PleromaFE bundle
• Update AdminFE bundle
• Create an MR with an announcement to pleroma.social
• Tag the release
• Merge stable into develop (in case the fixes are already in develop, use git merge -s ours --no-commit and manually merge the changelogs)
