Ignore compilation warnings for undefined module :eldap

This patch addresses the complaints about warnings for undefined/unavailable :eldap module. Indeed, users who don't need LDAP, should not have the hassle of installing the erlang-eldap package.

Maybe also wrap the whole LDAP test in if Code.ensure_loaded?(:eldap) to not run this test when the module :eldap is not available.

Many people who do not have erlang-eldap installed say Pleroma breaks. Will this MR also resolve those concerns?
